Raising children is one of the toughest jobs in the world. There are no qualifications to help you be a “good enough” parent. To make things worse there are hundreds of books on parenting and you can find books telling you to do things one way and other books tell you to do it another way.

Sarah believes in the importance of meeting parents where they are at and supporting them to parent in their own style. Sarah offers support to parents in managing difficult behaviours in children through developing consistent approaches to discipline and finding the balance between supporting children and setting boundaries or limits.
