Relationship Issues

If you can relate to any of these things you may be experiencing problems in your relationship and you may benefit from seeing a psychologist.
Sarah can support you and your partner to resolve conflict and to understand and accept that you will not agree on everything. Sarah can help you to repair your relationship through prioritising spending time together doing things you enjoy and making an effort to care for and understand each other.
Sometimes relationships cannot be fixed. Maybe you have tried counselling before and you cannot get past the conflict in your relationship. When this happens many couples decide to separate. Separation does not have to be messy and hurtful. Sarah can support you through this process.
